If you're reading this

You already know
something isn't working.

You've tried pushing through it. Gripping tighter. Working harder. Running from it. None of it worked — because none of it was ever going to.

Anxiety at 3am that you can't explain and can't turn off

Snapping at people you care about for no reason you can name

A flatness that's been growing for years — not sadness, just empty

Performing perfectly for everyone else while quietly falling apart

Lying awake calculating every possible disaster in your life

Running harder, working harder, training harder — still feeling nothing

You haven't tried everything. You haven't tried the one thing — because nobody told you what it was.

Why this exists

I had a ringing in my ears that took over my life.

It started early. A constant ringing — tinnitus — I could not escape. I tried everything. Every treatment, every technique, every distraction. Nothing worked. The harder I tried to make it stop, the louder it seemed to get. Years went by like this.

"The day I stopped trying to cure it was the day it stopped running my life."

At some point I stopped fighting it. Not because I gave up — because I was exhausted enough to try the one thing I hadn't: accepting it completely. Not curing it. Not coping with it. Accepting it.

What happened next changed everything. The ringing didn't disappear. But it stopped mattering. And when I understood the mechanism — I realized the same principle applied to everything. Anxiety. Depression. Every form of mental suffering that keeps men like me awake and alone in the dark.

The suffering was never caused by the feeling. It was caused by the war I was waging against the feeling. And that war was a choice — even when it didn't feel like one. I built Unshaken for the man I was before I had that map. Now you have it.

The core insight

What you resist, persists.
What you train, builds.

This isn't philosophy. It's neuroscience. Your brain's threat response amplifies what you fight and desensitizes to what you face. Every time you run from a feeling, you teach your brain it's dangerous. Every time you sit with it, you teach your brain it isn't.

What most men do

Resist.
Suppress.
Run.

What Unshaken teaches

Face.
Accept.
Train.

The program

Three phases.
One direction.

Not a course. A training program. Built for men who need something concrete to do — every day, from day one.

Phase 1

Weeks 1–2

Understand

Stop the war with what you feel. Learn exactly why fighting anxiety makes it worse — and why that has been happening to you specifically. This phase breaks the resistance pattern and replaces it with something that works.

5 videos · First guided audio session · The Sit practice

Phase 2

Weeks 3–8

Practice

Six weeks of specific, repeatable drills. The Lean-In Method. Tactical breathwork. Training, sleep, and nutrition as mental armor. Rewiring thought patterns. Brotherhood. Week by week you build the practice — and the practice builds you.

15 videos · 8 audio sessions · Weekly live call with Andrew

Phase 3

Week 9+

Lead

The identity shift. You are no longer the man who suffers in silence — you are the proof that the other way is possible. This phase turns what you've built into something you carry for life, and pass on to the men around you.

4 videos · Capstone session · Brotherhood leadership track

Built on four pillars

Every angle covered.

Video Talks

22 direct videos, 5–10 minutes each. No clinical language, no softening. Andrew speaks to you like someone who's been through it. Because he has.

Mental Training

13 guided audio sessions built for drills, not relaxation. Breathwork reframed as a weapon. Lean-in practice. Identity work. Tools built for the hardest moments.

Physical Health

Training, sleep, and nutrition treated as mental armor — not aesthetics. The direct, mechanical relationship between how you move your body and how your mind performs.

Brotherhood

A private community of men going through the same thing. Not a support group — a training environment. Being truly seen by other men who get it is itself the medicine.

What you get

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Questions

Straight answers.

No. Unshaken is a training program — not a clinical intervention. There are no therapists, no diagnoses, and no clinical language. It's built around a method Andrew developed from lived experience and verified through practice. If you're dealing with a severe clinical condition, please see a professional. This is for the man who is functioning fine by most standards and suffering quietly — the man who would never walk into a therapist's office.
Fifteen to thirty minutes. One video (5–10 min) and one practice session (5–15 min). That's the minimum effective dose. You can go deeper — the community, the live calls, additional audio — but the core practice fits into a morning routine, a lunch break, or the last thirty minutes of your evening. Built for men who have no spare time and need something that works within the time they have.
Most approaches try to eliminate the feeling — through distraction, medication, thought replacement, or suppression. Unshaken doesn't try to eliminate anything. It changes your relationship to what you feel. The reason everything else didn't work is the same reason this will — you can't think your way out of a feeling-based problem. You can only train your nervous system to respond differently. That's a different kind of work, and it works.
Most men notice something in the first week — not a cure, but a shift. The anxiety still comes. But it doesn't land the same way. There's a fraction more space between the feeling and the reaction. That space grows. By week four, most report less intensity and faster recovery. By week eight the pattern is changing at a level they didn't expect. Progress here is subtle before it's dramatic — which is why the community and live calls exist. So you have people around you who can see what you can't yet.
Cancel anytime. No commitment, no trap. The 5-Day Challenge is completely free — prove the method before you spend anything. If you join and it's not working, cancel from your account and you won't be charged again. The goal is results, not retention. Andrew built this because the method worked for him and for every man he's shared it with — but he'll never ask you to take his word for it. Start free and find out yourself.
The community is the most important part of this program — and the most dangerous part if it's left to die. Andrew is in it every day, not moderating but participating. The daily Check-In Protocol gives every man a reason to post and something to post about. The weekly live call keeps the connection real. If you've been in dead communities before — this is built differently, by someone who knows exactly what kills them.

Stop Running.
Start Training.

The door is open. The only question is whether you walk through it — or keep doing what you've been doing.
