These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Unshaken's website, applications, and services (the "Service"), operated by Unshaken ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Unshaken is a mental training and education program. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Always seek the advice of a physician or mental health provider with any questions about your health.
If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, do not use this app — call your local emergency number now. In the US you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). In the UK call 111 or Samaritans on 116 123.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, record, or redistribute any videos, audio, or other content. You agree not to misuse the Service, disrupt it, or access it through unauthorized means.
The Brotherhood community is a training environment. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, or harmful, and do not share another member's private information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. By posting, you grant us a license to display your content within the Service.
The Service and all content, branding, and materials are owned by Unshaken and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unshaken and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its members.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
